Discovering Edinburgh’s Early History off the Royal Mile

Before the new student housing was built on Holyrood Road, next to St. John’s Street, archaeologists from CFA Archaeology had the rare opportunity to dig into Edinburgh’s early past. From the coins to an early tannery the discoveries at the site are changing what we know about what early Edinburgh was like. Come to this talk to learn more about what the city was like hundreds of years ago.
